Iberico and Serrano cured hams, cold meats and sausages have a special place in Ibérica. Our range includes the very best PDO cured hams - cut to order and if decided vacuum-packed - León's delicious cured beef, farmhouse wild boar and venison chorizo, Catalan fuet and longaniza, plus many other regional specialities.

We offer over forty cheeses stored in our specially cooled, humid dairy area. Our buyer, who has a decade's experience in sourcing for export, has made a personal choice from Spanish classics - such as Manchego, Cabrales and Mahón - and lesser known, but equally interesting cheeses made with goat's, ewe's and cow's milk.

Dozens of new top-quality Spanish olive oils have been reaching the market during the last decade but relatively few have been exported. Our tasting panel has worked for three years to make a choice of oils from well-established and lesser known Andalusian areas such as the Sierra Magina, Sierra de Segura and Baena, as well as Extremadura, Catalonia and Castille La Mancha. We organize tastings tutored by producers and PDO experts.

In our larder section, you will find well-known products - wood-roasted pimientos de piquillo, artichoke hearts, green or white asparagus and top-quality canned tuna and bonito, but also items new to London, ranging from baby broad beans and leeks to cardoon and wild mushrooms.
